THE GUARDIANS

The Guardian Sculptures by artist Manfred Kielnhofer of Austria are showing up all over Venice during the Biennial - each night these mystical illuminated sculptures will appear in a different locations  - afterwards they will continue to look over and observe the world over as they travel from museum to museum.

Their movements have spawned a new project/competition as well… “Mini-Guardians” offers photographers the chance to catch the guardians in their own light.
